A Head of Product Management is required for a Leading IT Service provider based in Oxfordshire to head up their Digital Products team.

Title: Head of Product Management
Location: Oxfordshire (commutable form Reading and West London)
Salary: £75,000-£83,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

This role would be highly suitable for someone who is looking to step up from their current role into a bigger leadership role. You’ll be working for a company, where you can continue to grow and develop your own skills and experience.

As a Head of Product Management you will be responsible for overseeing a diverse product portfolio across the companies Digital Products.

The successful Product Manager will be accustom to keeping ahead of the trends in the marketplace and creating opportunities to drive the portfolio forwards. This, in turn, will drive a clear product strategy and roadmap. Therefore proven experience in creating product strategies and roadmaps is a must.

As Head of Product Management you will work with the relevant teams to create Product P&L’s which along with your team, you will have ultimate responsibility for. This ability to do this is key in terms of driving forwards the profitability of the business.

You will lead a team of Product Managers as part of the job role, so clear leadership skills are a must-have. As well as your team you will forge relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including some offshore resource (in-house). Therefore proven experience working with offshore teams would be highly beneficial.

• Translating a vision into a clear Product Road Map and Strategy

• Bringing Products to market

• Reviewing Product P&L

• Working with Development teams to develop new Digital Products
